Questions that come up on every enquiry
- What is the minimum order?
- Most shelving models start at 5–10 pieces. Pallet racking is quoted per bay from 10 pieces, and mezzanine platforms from 50 m². Mixed containers are possible.
- Can you build to my dimensions?
- Yes. Bay width, depth, level heights and load rating are set from a drawing we issue for your approval before production. Send a sketch, a photo of the space or a CAD file.
- How long is production?
- Production time is confirmed with the order because it depends on quantity, colour and coating. Sample units are available before a first production run.
- How is the racking packed?
- Flat-packed and bundled by component, wrapped and palletised, with a packing list per container. Packing dimensions and container loading are confirmed per order.
- Do you supply drawings and installation information?
- A layout drawing is issued for approval on custom orders, and assembly instructions are supplied with the shipment. Installation is carried out by local teams.
- Which payment terms apply?
- Terms are agreed per order and stated on the proforma invoice. The payment options open to your order — including online payment where that suits you — are set out in the quotation.
