Heavy Duty Boltless Rack, 4 Levels, 500 kg
Heavy duty boltless racking with box-section uprights and steel shelf panels, rated 500 kg per layer across four levels. It takes dies, tooling and dense components loaded by hoist or by two people, where medium duty shelving would deflect. The frame is braced for a fully loaded bay and the sections resist side impact in a working aisle. Coating is a double-coat epoxy powder at roughly 80 microns.
